This Grade II listed house dates from the 16th century, when a series of small farm houses occupied a secluded spot within the rolling hills of the Cotswolds. Though owning the property for sometime, the client wanted a contemporary approach to the latest renovation work. With the architecture of the room, along with the roll top bathtub, being original, the furniture, sanitary ware and accessories of this contemporary bathroom were all designed and installed by Abitalia.
Featured in this month’s issue of Real Homes magazine, this fantastic bathroom brings modern and traditional together perfectly. The brown and bronze colour scheme throughout compliments the existing oak beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Giellesse Groove wardrobes finished in an elegant acid-etched bronze glass provides comprehensive clothes storage, which softening the architectural lines of the bathroom. Keope ‘Line Bronze’ floor and wall tiles from the ‘Wish’ collection continue the subtle colour scheme.
